OUR PAYMENT POLICY
How It Works
As part of our payment policy customers are required to pay a deposit as stipulated on the quotation we send. This deposit will not be refundable as it covers the cost of the materials needed for the order placed as well as any design costs involved. Orders will be processed once the deposit has been paid as our products are made to order. All orders are to be paid in full in either cash or eft upon shipping/ local delivery of the order.

Custom Crafts By Jess make use of external shipping companies. These companies vary in rates and delivery times. However we do offer a list of available shipping options upon quotation/ placement of order for you to choose from.
RETURNS
How It Works
Custom Crafts By Jess has a 14 day return policy, should the customer not be satisfied with the product they will have 14 days after receiving the order to log a return. The return policy does not cover damage due to negligence on the customer's behalf, damages incurred by not using the product for its intended purpose or damages incurred during shipping.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
The Information You Need to Know
All large wooden products made by Custom Crafts By Jess has a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers a re-application of any sealant or varnish coats on our wood products should it perish to the point where the wood is exposed to any weathering elements.

Custom Crafts By Jess uses external shipping companies, the shipping information given by customers are used solely for shipping purposes. Any banking details shared with Custom Crafts By Jess will only be used for payment tracking purposes. We will also save a copy of your details on file for business use and repeat orders/ customers to help stream line the process.
Customers will NOT receive any marketing information/ campaigns from Custom Crafts By Jess unless they have specifically signed up for such services.
